Pricing questions
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes. Pro includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You'll be prompted to add billing information when the trial ends.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly billing is charged annually at the discounted rate. You save approximately 20% compared to monthly billing, and the price is locked for the year.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export sessions. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
