• Session Data: Information about your sessions including timestamps, duration, topics discussed, and generated content such as transcripts, summaries, and notes
• Transcript Data: Text transcriptions generated from audio captured during active sessions

4.2 Screen Content Processing
When screen context features are enabled:
• Screen capture occurs only when you explicitly activate this feature
• Screen content is analyzed solely to provide relevant AI assistance
• We implement measures to avoid unnecessary capture of sensitive visual information
• You maintain full control over when screen context features are active
4.3 Your Recording Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Kairovel's audio capture and recording features complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of any other parties to a conversation. Kairovel does not assume responsibility for your compliance with local recording consent laws.
5. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
5.1 We Do Not Sell Your Data
Kairovel does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing or commercial purposes. Your data is not a product we sell.
